Our experiences: gourmet baskets with attentions for special occasions
At the Cabanes de Salagnac, the Corrèze region is in the spotlight! We work with local producers and artisans to offer you gourmet baskets to enjoy in the great outdoors, From breakfast to dinner. They are delivered cold, directly at the foot of your cabin. At the reception cabin, you will also find a selection of drinks and regional specialties to extend the experience. A real taste of Corrèze, to be enjoyed in peace, in the heart of the forest. The majority of services can be ordered 72 hours (working days) before you arrive.
Breakfast basket
Because we know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we offer you a gourmet basket full of local products for your greatest pleasure.
On the menu: pastries, yogurt, sliced country ball, seasonal fruit, seasonal fruits, blueberry/red fruit jam, butter, honey, apple juice and hot drink!
The breakfast basket is included in the cabin rate.
For the Cottage, breakfast is an optional extra at €10 per person per night. It must be added for all participants in the stay. It includes: bread, butter, honey, honey, jam, jam, juice, pastries and fruit.
Brunch basket
For the greediest, opt for our delicious sweet and savory brunch that allows you a late departure (13:00 instead of 11:00).

Price for 2 people minimum: 60€.
Delivered between 10:30 and 11:00am. Subject to availability. The classic breakfast basket will not be served if you order a brunch basket.

Raclette and fondues
For lovers of a delicious hot dinner to share, discover our Raclette and Fondue dinners.
- Classic Raclette : Assorted charcuterie, local raclette cheese, potatoes, pickles, fruit yogurts.
- Vegetarian raclette : Assorted grilled vegetables, local raclette cheese, potatoes, pickles, fruit yogurts.
- Burgundy fondue : Corrèze beef, assortment of vegetables, potatoes and yogurts brewed locally with fruit coulis.
- Savoyard fondue : Fondue cheese from the region, assortment of charcuterie, potatoes and yogurts brewed locally with fruit coulis.
- Fondue vigneronne : Corrèze beef, wine from the region (cooking), potatoes and yogurts brewed locally with fruit coulis.
Fondues and vegetarian raclette are to be reserved minimum 48 hours in advance. Price (excluding drinks) for 2 people: 50€ (basket for 2 people minimum).
Picnic basket
This basket is perfect for a lunch in the forest, or a dinner to share on the terrace of your cabin...

The youngest cabaneurs are also entitled to their local gourmet menu.
